Choose your nation's ideology - Democratic, Authoritarian, Communist, or Fascist and reshape your country through reform or civil war.
Form alliances for survival or manipulate others before betraying them. Guarantee independence, sign non-aggression pacts, send “volunteers” to foreign wars, or quietly prepare for war.
