Recesses is a single-player card game adventure where every day's outdoor break from elementary school is a new battle. Your best friend went missing, and now it's up to you to defeat all the weirdo kids she played Battaliens with at recess to find out what happened to her.
In this game, losing is good! You get to see new dialogue, try new strategies, and win or lose, you always get another booster pack of cards to strengthen your collection.
Making it all the way from Monday to the boss of the playground on Friday is no easy task, but each day's victory brings you closer to the truth. Although it may not be what you expected.
Features:
Recesses is recommended for players age 13 and up. It contains a few instances of mild profanity.
Recent reviews/comments:
Main game playtime is approximately 15-30 hours, with hours of extra post-game challenge content. The Extended Demo is approximately 5-10 hours.

Recent reviews/comments:
- "Best RPG Deckbuilder I've seen in a while. Mechanically this game is what the Pokemon TCG should have been." (VLPN)
- "This game's a lot deeper than it looks on the surface, honestly I came for the cutesy card battling and have been amazed by the quality of the writing. Now I can't stop playing it just because I want to see more of what the characters have to say." (Ferdy)
- "I can't stress this enough; this is one of the most compelling narratives I've seen in YEARS." (supremelordender5705)
- "Recesses is the Dark Souls of Card Games." (Dr.Garushi)
