Can You Say with Certainty That You Are Sane?
What is mental illness? And who decides who is a patient... and who is truly sane?
Treat patients while uncovering the dark secrets hidden within the hospital. But the closer you get to the truth, the more your own sanity begins to unravel.
While working as a nurse, you come across a news report about a brutal psychiatric hospital where lobotomies are secretly performed.
At first, you dismiss it as just another disturbing story and continue your daily routine. But before long, the patients begin telling you strange, unsettling tales.
Stories that should exist only in novels are now unfolding before your very eyes.
Are the things you are witnessing... truly real?
Explore a variety of locations, including patient wards, examination rooms, the morgue, and operating theaters, as you search for clues behind the mystery.
The hospital's darkest secrets are hidden within the traces left behind.
Collect and analyze patient charts, medical records, notes, and documents to uncover the truth.
Listen carefully to what the patients have to say—your survival may depend on it.
The familiar gradually becomes unfamiliar.
And things that should never exist begin to appear.
